Anonymity Tool, Blur, Crystallize, & Pixellate

RxPhoto allows users to remove PHI (Protected Health Information) from a client's image using the Anonymity Tool. The Anonymity Tool provides four ways to hide PHI:

  1. A black bar
  2. Blur
  3. Crystallize
  4. Pixellate

Access the Anonymity Tool

1. Navigate to the Photos section of the appropriate client's record.
2. Press on the photo to be edited.
3. Press "Edit."



4. Press on the square anonymity tool icon from the tools on the bottom bar.



Black Bar

1. Press on the "Anonymity" option.
2. Optional: Select an outline color.



3. Press and drag to draw a black bar to block out PHI.
4. Press "Apply."


Blur

1. Press on the "Blur" option.


2. Press and drag to blur the PHI.
3. Press "Apply."


Crystallize

1. Press on the "Crystallize" option.



2. Press and drag to crystallize the PHI.
3. Press "Apply."



Pixellate

1. Press on the "Pixellate option.



2. Press and drag to pixellate the PHI.
3. Press "Apply."
