Anonymity Tool on the Website - Remove PHI From Client Images

Sometimes you may get permission to use a photo for marketing as long as the patient remains anonymous. Here's how we can accomplish that on the secure RxPhoto website. First click the patient's record. Choose a photo. Then click the anonymity tool. Once selected, drawing tools will display at the bottom of the screen. You can choose to add a rectangle across the client's eyes, click the 'T' to add text, click the field to the left of the icon to compose your text then click on the image where you want the text to appear. You can also draw lines and circles. The color sample on the right side of the toolbar allows you to change the border colors and text colors. The fill color will always be black in this tool. When finished click save, then confirm to make a copy of the photo that will be added to the client's record.
