To add a client to your clients list, click the plus sign ( Add New Client ) in the upper right of the screen. In the create client window, you'll need to add at least the client's first name, last name, and date of birth. These are the required fields as noted by the asterisks. You may also enter information as each field indicates. If you have an external chart ID for the client, you can enter it here where it says ECID. Having the client's mobile phone number will allow you to call and message the client directly from within RxPhoto. Their email address, which will also be used for the RxPhotos secure patient portal. And here you can set the password for this client. When finished, click Save in the lower right and you'll see a success message at the top of the screen that the client was created.
