Create a New Gallery

Create a New Gallery

The Gallery in your Consultation Center is a great way to show consults the great results that they can expect from your practice. Your clients are smart; they want to see lots of photos of many different angles, they want to see results on people that look like them, and they want to see real results on real clients from your practice. The Gallery is your place to satisfy all of those wants, converting consults into repeat customers!

RxPhoto allows practices to customize their Before & After in a manner that works best for their practice and their consultation process. This article will illustrate how to create custom galleries.

Navigate to Gallery Customization

Gallery customization can be found in the "Galleries" tab on the RxPhoto Website.

The left side of the screen shows all gallery blocks and individual galleries already created. Click on the gallery name to view the images on the right side of the screen.

Create Gallery Group

Gallery Groups help organize the galleries. For instance, many practices choose to organize their galleries by treatment area: "Face Treatments," "Body Treatments," "Leg treatments," with "Face Treatment" including treatments such as injectables, fillers, etc. Other practices may choose to organize their galleries by treatment type, for instance, "Injectables," "Body Contouring," etc.

Please note that the name of the Gallery Group will NOT appear in the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad). Gallery Groups are only for back-end administration organization.

To create a Gallery Group:

1. From the "Galleries" tab, click "New Group" on the left side of the screen.

2. Type in the desired Gallery Group name in the pop-up window.
3. Click "Save" when finished.

4. The Gallery Group will now be viewable on the left side of the screen.

Create Gallery

Once a Gallery Group has been created (see Create Gallery Group above), a gallery may be created.

1. From the "Galleries" tab, press on the "..." next to the Gallery Group in which the new gallery will reside.
2. Click "Add Gallery."

3. Type in the desired Gallery name in the pop-up window.
4. Click "Save" when finished.

5. The Gallery will be viewable by clicking the down caret to the right of the Group name on the left side of the screen.

Once a Gallery has been created, Before and After images may be added. See "Add Before & After Photos to Your Gallery" for details.
