Fillable Form vs. Branded Form - Extended Version

Fillable Form vs. Branded Form - Extended Version

There are two basic kinds of forms you can store in RxPhoto. Fillable forms and manufacturer-branded forms. Fillable forms are forms you can create and  customize on the RxPhoto website. When creating fillable forms you can choose text fields that fill in information automatically. In this sample, the patient's name, date and date of birth are among the fields filled automatically. When I tap a field to input, the keyboard pops up and I can fill it out. I can also use dropdown menus for choices, single-choice radio buttons for questions, multi-choice questions with checkboxes, and tap on images to draw and annotate. Drawing lines, adding injection points with different procedures, and units for each point. I can also type on the image and use shapes to draw regions of interest in different colors, and dashed lines as well. Press Done to save the form image. Scroll down to fill in tables, more formatted and auto-filled text. Notice the client's name and provider info are created automatically, along with signature blocks with tap to sign and draw. Tapping submit allows for the status choice. We'll use Incomplete. While fillable forms are very user-friendly and easy to fill out, we'll show you the difference when filling out am uploaded manufacturer-branded form in our next video.
