We showed you the fillable forms, now we'll show you the uploaded branded forms. Some forms may be too complex to create a fillable version using the RxPhoto form builder. For example, this branded form has a complicated table to fill out. When you tap fill and sign on a branded form, you have some tools to fill it out. Similar to annotating a photo. Tap the form, then tap the 'T' icon to add text. The text box can also be dragged on the from into position. Tap again to create another box. You can also zoom in to fill out areas if you want more precision. Here i'll fill the number of units. Type a 3. I can add shapes, like this circle. I can also add checkmarks to the form. And injection tracking. Tap the syringe icon, tap the injection point, the procedure and the number of units. With the last icon, sign/draw, I can use this tool to freehand draw on the form or sign if necessary. To pause, tap done at the upper right of the screen and the form will save with all of the annotations added. Then tap the form again to continue editing. When finished, tap submit. You'll see the status choices as with the fillable forms. Again the fillable forms look like this, with easy to use choices. And the uploaded branded forms look like this, filled with annotations.
