How to Archive a Form

To archive a form, first go to the client record. Tap forms, then tap Client Library. Tap the ellipsis next to the form name you want to archive, then tap Archive. To confirm tap the number of forms you're archiving for storage. Then tap Done. You'll see the confirmation message at the top, and the archived form will be hidden from the client's library list of forms.
