How to Fill Out Multiple Forms in Kiosk Mode

To have your client fill out multiple forms prior to their appointment, go to the client record, All Forms list, Account Library. Tap select at the top of the list. Then tap each form you'd like to include in the packet. On the right side at the bottom, tap Fill & Sign. Tap yes to enter Kiosk mode. The first form will load. After the client fills and signs it, they can then click Next at the bottom of the screen to get to the next form. At this and subsequent forms, they can move forward and back through the packet of forms. When the client is finished with the forms, they simply tap submit. Then click Logout or they can go to the consultation center.
