How to Organize the Forms Account Library

How to Organize the Forms Account Library

You can organize your forms account library from the RxPhoto website. Go to app.rxphoto.com, click the Administration tab, then click Form Templates. On the left side is the Global Library. This is the master list of all the forms currently available from RxPhoto. On the right side is your Account Library. This list is what you'll see on your mobile device. There are many ways to organized your account library of forms. We'll show your two of the most popular. In the first example the forms are grouped by form type. Intake Packet is a group of forms for new patients. Treatment forms are treatment records or charting forms. Consent forms are for patients to agree to recommended treatments or photos to use for marketing. And pre/post treatment instructions are exactly that, forms to help your patients prepare for and after care recommendations. Another popular way to organize your account library of forms is by treatment. This form group contains all the Coolsculpting forms. And here you can see all the forms related to one manufacturer. In this way, all the SculpSure forms are together in one single group. The consent form, treatment consultation form, different forms types but related by treatment. Some providers find this method helpful for patients that come in for a particular treatment. All the related forms are in one group. Now let's go to our mobile device and see what our account library organization looks like on the iPad. At the top are the forms we set up related by type. One advantage of this type of organization is for new clients. Open the intake packet and quickly send all of the necessary forms to be filled out. Tap select at the top of the All Forms list, tap the forms you want, then tap Share Via RxPortal. In contrast, when forms are grouped by treatment, and someone comes in for a SculpSure, I can open that form group and I have all the forms here related to that treatment. Including the consent form, the treatment form, pre/post treatment, all in one place. And some practices will Pin their most commonly used forms. At the top of the account library is the Pinned section. These forms have been marked as favorites so they're easy to access. To pin a form, tap the ellipsis at the right of the form name in the list, and choose Pin from the popup menu. A copy of that form is now added to the Pinned section at the top. And to unpin a form, tap the ellipsis to the right of the pinned form name, and choose Unpin from the menu. The form will be removed from the Pinned section while a copy of that form remains in its original group.
