First Login / My Login Doesn't Work
When logging in for the first time, you’ll use the email address and temporary password sent to you by RxPhoto.
You’ll be asked to create a new password. First, enter the temporary password at the top and then enter your new password twice to confirm. Then tap save.
You can set up a pin code that you can also use to login. This will speed up your access to RxPortal. First create a four digit PIN and then enter it again to confirm and you're logged in.
