First go to the photos area in the client record by swiping left on the client name and choosing Photos. By default, the photos are listed in reverse date order, with the most recent photos at the top. Within each date, the photos are arranged left to right top to bottom most recent at the top left. To see a larger view of any photo, simply tap the photo. All of the options available for this photo are in the menu icon. Tap the ellipsis at the top right of the screen to see them. Edit is used to draw and annotate on the photo. Ghost is to use the selected photo as a 'before' image to guide you when capturing an 'after' procedure photo. Compare is used when two photos are selected. Since only one photo is currently selected this menu option is grayed out. Create a Report is used to make a practice-branded report with your logo and client data. Export is used to share the photo, but note that the apple methods of sharing are not HIPAA compliant, for that you can use the next menu item: Share via RxPortal, which is a secure way of sharing photos with the client. Archive is used to hide photos in this client's record. Archived photos are not deleted, but just hidden from view. To Pin a photo is to favorite a photo...this menu item moves a copy to the pinned section at the top of the All Photos List. And finally, Watch Photos Tutorial is a shortcut to see this video. To hide the menu tap at the top, then tap All Clients to go back to the All Photos list. Note also that this menu of choices can be reached by tapping the ellipsis at the top right of each thumbnail image in the photos list.
