Amazing Transformations Tag

RxPhoto allows users to easily toggle on the “Amazing Transformation” tag for any client. Any client with the “Amazing Transformation” tag can be quickly identified by the red ribbon icon, and is filterable on both the RxPhoto Website and the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone / iPad). 


Assign the Amazing Transformation Tag to a Client - RxPhoto Website

There are two ways to assign the Amazing Transformations tag to a client: by adding the client and assigning the tag, or by editing a client and assigning the tag.


Add a Client with the Amazing Transformations Tag

  1. Log in to the RxPhoto Website.

  2. Click the + Add New Client button.



  1. Fill in the required information (First Name, Last Name, & DOB) and any additional fields desired.

  2. Scroll down to the “Amazing Transformations” toggle, and click to turn the toggle to the on position.

  3. Click Save.



  1. The red ribbon displays on the new client’s profile image.



Assign the Amazing Transformations Tag to an Existing Client

  1. Log in to the RxPhoto Website.

  2. Click on the appropriate client name to open their record.



  1. Click the pencil icon to edit.



  1. Click to switch the “Amazing Transformations” toggle to the on position.

  2. Click Save.


  1. The red ribbon now displays on the client’s profile image.



Filter the Client List by the Amazing Transformations Tag - RxPhoto Website

  1. Log in to the RxPhoto Website.

  2. From the Client List, click Filters.



  1. Click the “Amazing Transformations” toggle to switch it to the on position.

  2. Click ✓ Show Matching Clients. 



  1. The Client List now displays only the clients with the Amazing Transformations tag.


Clear the Amazing Transformations Filter

  1. From the Client List, click Filters.



  1. Click X Clear.

  2. Click ✓ Show Matching Clients. 



  1. The Client List again displays all clients.

Assign the Amazing Transformations Tag to a Client - Mobile App

There are two ways to assign the Amazing Transformations tag to a client: by adding the client and assigning the tag, or by editing a client and assigning the tag.


Add a Client with the Amazing Transformations Tag


  1. Log in to the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone / iPad).

  2. Press the + button to add a new client.

  2. Press on the appropriate client name to open their record.

  3. Press Edit.



  1. Press to switch the “Amazing Transformations” toggle to the on position.

  2. Press Done.



  1. The red ribbon displays on the client’s profile image.




Filter the Client List by the Amazing Transformations Tag - Mobile App

  1. Log in to the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone / iPad).

  2. Press the “All Clients” down chevron.



  1. Press the “Amazing Transformations” toggle to switch it to the on position.

  2. Press Apply.



  1. The Client List now displays only the clients with the Amazing Transformations tag.



Clear the Amazing Transformations Filter

  1. From the Client List, press the “Filtered Clients” down chevron.



  1. Press Clear All Filters.

  2. Confirm by pressing Yes in the pop-up.

  3. Press Apply.



  1. The Client List again displays all clients.
