Notifications for the Doctor

For the Doctor

Notifications that are received for the doctor will display on the settings icon you’ll see a red badge in the all Client List. Tap the settings icon. Then tap See Notifications. 

There two types of notifications, events and messages. Events are triggered when a form is submitted or a photo or video is uploaded by the client. 

Messages will display a list of clients who have sent secure chat messages to the doctor and are waiting for a response.

• Doctor Video Calling Patient

  For the Doctor The doctor can video call the client directly from RxPortal. Choose the client. Tap Telehealth from their Face Sheet. Then tap video call.
