Create a Practice-Branded Report on the Website

 

Reports can be created from the RxPhoto website. First choose a client. Then choose the photos you want to share in the report. Go to the buttons on the right of the screen, and choose the middle one, Generate Report. There are three tabs in the generate report screen, photos, blocks and notes. In the photos tab, you can choose to add more photos or choose different background templates. Click the blocks tab to add educational material to the report. Scroll through the list to find the content you need then add it with a click. You can also customize this list. And click the notes tab to add comments and recommendations. If you already have notes on the photos you can choose to add the notes here or hide this note section with this button. Then go back to the photos tab and scroll down to see export choices. You can choose to generate a pdf file or share with a trusted third party or share with the client securely through RxPortal. When you generate a pdf you can preview each section and page, they download and print directly from your browser window.
