Setting Up Availability in Calendar


For the Doctor




To setup the scheduler and your availability, tap the calendar icon at the top of the clients list. Tap the settings icon at the top right of the screen. For each day of the week you can set the working hours: start time, stop time and break times. If the day you’ve selected is a non-working day, slide the toggle to green. 

Go to another day by tapping it, then tap start and change the time that the doctor’s availability begins and tap end to set the doctor’s stop time. You can add breaks to the day as well. Tap add new break, and adjust the start and end time with the time controls. Then tap Save. Be sure to tap save after setting up all days as well.
