After the client submits a form, the status of the form changes to Client Submitted. Now the doctor can review the answers. By tapping on the ellipsis at the top right of the screen, the doctor can change the form status to Complete. The doctor can also share the completed form with the client by choosing the form and tapping Share via RxPortal at the bottom of the form. It can now be viewed by the client but no longer edited.

When a client finds a completed form in RxPortal, they can open it by selecting it. The client can review the notes and recommendations by the doctor by scrolling through the form. The completed form can no longer be edited, only reviewed.
