Sharing Forms with Clients

Sharing Forms with Clients

For the Doctor

There are three ways to share forms with your client. The first is directly from the client’s Face Sheet. Tap Telehealth. Tap Share Forms. Choose the forms you want to share and at the bottom of the screen tap Share via RxPortal. The green confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.

The second method to share forms is from the client Account Library. Tap Enter Client Record at the bottom of the Face Sheet. Tap the Forms tab at the bottom of the screen. Select the form you want to send. Tap the Ellipsis next to the form name and tap Share via RxPortal in the pop-up. The confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen.

The third method is from a client library. From within the client record, tap Client Library tab from the All Forms liste. Tap the form you want to send then tap Share via RxPortal at the bottom of the screen.
