Practices with more than one location may assign Clients to a particular location or locations. The Client List is also searchable by location for easier searching and ease of use for providers who move between multiple locations.

Assigning Location to Client Profile
Upon adding a Client to RxPhoto, "Location" will be a required field. If the Client is not already assigned to a location(s), the profile may be edited to do so.
2. Press on the desired Client's name to open the Face Sheet.
3. Press "Edit" in the top right corner of the screen.
4. Press on "Location."
5. Press to select the desired location or locations.
6. Press "Done."
7. Confirm location(s) and press "Done."
Filtering Client List by Location(s)
2. Press the "All Clients" dropdown menu at the top of the Client List.
3. Press "Location."
4. Press to select desired location(s).
5. Press "Done."
6. Confirm and press "Apply."
7. The Client List now only displays clients assigned to the selected location(s).
Clear Filter
To clear any filter:
1. Press "Filtered Clients" dropdown menu at the top of the Client List.
2. Press "Clear All Filters."
3. Press "Yes" to continue.
4. Press "Apply."
5. The full Client List will be displayed.
