Mark All Notifications as Read

RxPhoto now provides the ability for users to mark all notifications as read. Marking all notifications as read will remove the "New" badge next to all unread events, and will remove the red notification badge. Notifications may be marked as read on both the RxPhoto Website, which is accessible from any computer browser, as well as on the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad).

Mark All Notifications as Read on the RxPhoto Website.

1. Log in to the RxPhoto Website using any computer browser.


2. Click on the User Profile icon on the top right of the screen.


3. Click on "Notifications."



4. Click on the "Mark All as Read" button.



5. Now all notifications have been marked as read and the red notifications badge disappears.

Mark All Notifications as Read on the RxPhoto Mobile App on the Device (iPhone/iPad)

1. Log in to the RxPhoto Mobile App on the Device (iPhone/iPad). See "Log In to the RxPhoto Mobile App on Your Device (iPhone/iPad)" for details.
2. Press on the gear icon on the top left of the screen to access settings.


3. Press on "Notifications."



4. Press on the open envelope icon on the top right to mark all notifications as read.



5. Now all notifications have been marked as read and the red notifications badge disappears.
