New! Fill Out Forms in the Client Record on the RxPhoto Website

RxPhoto now gives providers the ability to fill out forms on the  RxPhoto Website , which may be accessed from any computer browser. For details, see the tutorial and/or instructions below:



Step 1: Access the Account Library in the Forms Section of the Client Record - Website

1. Log in to the RxPhoto Website form any computer browser.

2. Click on the name of the desired Client.

3. Click on the "Forms" button in the selected Client Record.

Step 2: Select the Form to Be Filled

1. Click on the name of the form to be filled out from the "Account Library" tab on the left side of the screen. 
2. A preview of the form template will appear on the right side of the screen.

3. Click the "Fill & Sign" button to begin filling out the form.

4. Forms may be filled out using the mouse and keyboard on the computer.

Step 3: Save the Form to the Client Record

1. When the form has been filled out, click "Submit."

2. A list of status options will appear. Click to select the desired status. See "Form Statuses Available for Providers" for details.

3. Click "Save."

4. A success message will appear when the form has been successfully saved to the Client Record.


Where to View Form

The form may now be viewed either on the RxPhoto Website on the computer, or in the "Forms" section of the Client Record on the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad). See "Access Previously Filled Forms in Client Record" for details.

View on the RxPhoto Website:

1. Click on the "Client Library" tab on the left side of the screen.
2. The form will be catalogued under the date it was submitted.

3. Click the checkmark next to the form name to open a preview of the form on the right side of the screen.

4. Click on the "Fill & Sign" button to continue filling out or to edit the form. Note that forms marked as "Complete" may not be edited.
