New! Navigating the Forms Section of Client Record on RxPhoto Website

RxPhoto now allows providers to fill out, view, and edit forms from the Client Record on the  RxPhoto Website , which can be accessed from any computer browser. To become familiar with navigating the Forms section of the Client Record on the  RxPhoto Website , see the tutorial and/or instructions below:

Access the Forms Section of the Client Record - RxPhoto Website

To access the "Forms" section of the Client Record on the RxPhoto Website:

1. Log in to the RxPhoto Website from any computer browser.

2. Click on the name of the desired Client Record.

3. Click on the "Forms" button inside the selected Client Record.

What is the Account Library?

The Account Library holds all blank form templates that are available to be filled out. The Account Library on the RxPhoto Website will match the Account Library on the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad).

Note: Forms may now be filled out inside the Client Record in the RxPhoto Website. See "New! Fill Out Forms in the Client Record on the RxPhoto Website for details.

What is the Client Library?

The Client Library holds all the forms associated with the Client Record selected. The Client Library on the RxPhoto Website will match the Client Library on the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad).

What are Archived Forms?

Archived Forms hold all forms previously archived for the selected Client Record. Note that archived forms may only be viewed on the The Client Library on the RxPhoto Website.

Summary

The new Forms section of the Client Record on the  RxPhoto Website  provides several of the capabilities currently available in the Forms section of the Client Record on the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad). This includes (but is not limited to):

1. Filling out forms
   
2. Viewing forms associated with the Client Record
   
3. Archiving forms
   
4. Printing forms
   

The following features are currently only available on the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad):

1. Sharing forms from the Account Library or the Client Library using RxPortal.
   

The following features are currently only available on the  RxPhoto Website :

1. Viewing Archived Forms
   
2. Restoring Archived Forms
   
3. Downloading forms
