View, Add, and Edit Notes

You may want to add notes to a particular patient record, or to a particular photo. Some providers use the notes section to type out their SOAP notes, while others use these for more simple thoughts such as, "requests pillow under lower back" or "is seeing great results." All notes are stored by the provider's name, date, and time, and all notes are searchable, so you can keep track of your notes more easily.
