Access Previously Filled Forms in the Client Record
The RxPhoto Mobile App (iPhone/iPad) Forms section of the Client Record allows providers to quickly access and fill out digital forms for everything from Intake Forms to Treatment Flowsheets. Some forms may be specifically for clients to fill out while others may be specifically for providers to fill out. Some practices also have forms geared toward the waiting room that are accessed by front desk staff. Because the RxPhoto Form Builder is so versatile, it is possible that every staff member would need to use it.
The Forms section of the RxPhoto Mobile App on the device (iPhone/iPad) consists of two parts: the Account Library and the Client Library.
Any forms associated with a particular client may be found in the Client Library.
What is the Account Library?
The Account Library consists of all the forms that are available to be filled out. These are blank form "templates."
Note that the previiew of "A Great Intake Form" on the right side of the screen has not been filled out. The options here are to "Fill & Sign" or "Share Via RxPortal."
What is the Client Library?
The Client Library tab consists of all the forms associated with a particular client. All forms are arranged by the date they were filled out and each form has a Form Status associated with it.
Please make sure to press on the "Client Library" tab to see all forms filled out by both the client and the provider(s).
Note that the previiew of "A Great Charting Form" on the right side of the screen has been filled out. The options here are to "Fill & Sign" or "Share Via RxPortal."
If the form status is "Complete," there is no "Fill & Sign" option. All forms marked as "Complete" are final and may not be edited. Forms marked as "Complete" may still be viewed and shared with the client.
